about

This is the only song with words on this album. This joyous piece is sung by my dear friend Kinyon Lanier, a Gospel vocalist who brings some fire to this most serious, “contemplative” album. The exuberant, joyous shout of “Hallelujah” is the twin companion to the deep inner stillness of the contemplative life. True joy comes from letting go of these worldly attachments and diving headfirst into the ocean of God, of Being, of Emptiness - all placeholder names for the Ultimate Mystery of this blessed life
